Hi all, I have a local project running in Calgary Canada, but lately I've been noticing a decline in my target audience. The project developed by all the rules attracted developers to create a website, as well as the application. Advise a solution, what could be the problem?

Be careful when working with your target audience and ask the right questions, as there may be many wishes, but you need to make changes globally. When your resources become popular and active again, you can make changes on a point-by-point basis.
